Super service Quick and competent, the order was, as always, delicious

In the last 10 orders, I did not get 9 correctly ... As an employee there is no stress, because you cannot speak of "FastFood" in this fast food restaurant ...

Unfortunately burgers or fries are always missing. The bag must have been swapped recently. We had something inside that we didn't order and the fries and the real burgers were missing. It's just a good thing that we can share ... But who is going there again, waiting in line to get the right order? I have to be able to rely on the fact that I have the right one in the bag!

Super nice staff serves very tasty fast food! I mean: the burgers here are actually as they are shown on the posters.

With 9 out of 10 orders something is always missing. Fortunately for McDonald's there is no other FastFood chain here. Oh yes, and Mc can not speak of FAST either ...

In terms of taste as always, you should just check whether all the items you ordered have been packed.

The rolls were so soaked that the content fell out straight away. Was not nice.

Due to Corona, the service is only outside. Although they say you can go in to order. It was quick.

Although we don't have such a nice situation at the moment, it actually worked out well. But there are also exceptions. If you don't get what you ordered. But that was discovered too late

So-so. Service is relatively quick, plenty of parking spaces and typically Mc Donald's. The toilets could be cleaner. The tables were clean when I visited and everything else was ok ...

2 stars for friendly service ... the food was underground ... just point out to the staff how long, already packaged products can stay in the hot counter ...

Catastrophic long waiting time 30min MA not structured Service 0 points (because despite a larger order) I had to point out to the MA that a large bag of useful goods and serviettes ... Bad process ... I can't recommend it if things have to go quickly again. I am happy to answer any questions

Clearly 0 stars for this shop. We wanted to have a quick meal late yesterday evening. First we had to wait almost a quarter of an hour until we could order at the drive in and there were only 4 cars in front of us. Then it took another 20 minutes until we got our food, when half of it was missing. The coronation came at night with diarrhea. Apparently someone from the hygiene department should really take a look at this place. In addition, the employee at the drive in was visibly overwhelmed.

It's all a sad bunch. Unfriendly, incompetent in every way. Button 8 € and not being able to make 2 café lattes. 0 stars are more justified.

Was clean, tasted good. But: 1 person service and many couldn't cope with the electronic order. There was no explanatory alien or hung from the coffee machine. It was loud Dissatisfaction. Otherwise Mc. 5 Stars !

Insanely fast service 😳 We were just under 30 men and had all our food within 15-20 minutes 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The rest as everywhere ... unclean ambience, toilets stink of urine and the floor sticks ... The food is sticky as usual and the citizens are thrown together in a hurry ... 🥴🤦🏼‍♂️🤨 Without the fast service there would only be one star ⭐️

Although I truly dislike fast-food and am not a fan. The employees in this specific mcdonald's give their best. ( Mcdonald's Fürstenwalde, right of the autobahn) always adding more then usual ( extra caramel and Keks on the mcflurry) they're not being cheap. Plus incredibly friendly .( Only tried drive through though 🐱)

1/9/2020 waiting for coffee only 25 minutes, the kitchen does not make up, orders are wrong, a mess I have never been to such a McDonald's 30 minutes for fast-food is forever !!!

They don't speak English at McDrive and on the inside of the restaurant wears face masks without covering their noses😔😔... But burgers are still good ☺️

This Mcdonald is different from the Other's I've been that's why I would rate them 5 star's delicious Signature burger 🍔 😋

It's a McDonald's ... I mean ... It's fine for what it is. I do like that they have electronic ordering in multiple languages which is really helpful for us tourists! Toilets were clean and free!

The worst McDonald experience.

Worst service I ever came across with at a McDonald's restaurant. Not friendly, not to the customers and not amongst themselves. Waited 25 minutes for my food, 2 adults and 2 children, my order came half after that time and not only they didn't apologise but they were arguing with me and between them to a point where one of them was touching my burger with his fingers telling that is the one you ordered and it just came out and it's not cold. Meanwhile it was standing on a counter more than 10 minutes. After 35 minutes we managed to get everything we ordered and a warm burger. Saturday 21:00 not rush hour or early hours. 35 minutes to eat at a McDonald's place. And getting told of because you are asking for your food, and the last response from one of them was "ich bin keine machine"

Beutifull

The food is what you expect, but ordering at a touch screen with a word menu was not for me. Then, when we left, it was difficult to find a garbage can that want to to put our trash in.
